You spent twenty, thirty years building the career, raising the kids, earning the vacation days you never quite used. Now the math has flipped. The time is finally here, and somehow the travel content out there still assumes you're either backpacking on $30 a day or being handed a curated luxury itinerary you didn't ask for.
There's nothing in between.
So we built it.
GenXPeditions is for the traveler who wants real adventure; backroads, expeditions, places most people only see in a magazine. All without pretending comfort is something to be ashamed of. You've earned the capable 4x4 and the good whiskey at the end of the day. You want the Falklands, not a foam finger. You want to know what the trip actually takes. The gear, the logistics, the honest version, and not a highlight reel with the hard parts cut out.
We're not extreme. We're not gatekeepers. We're not 22 and doing this on a dare. We're a couple who's spent years figuring out how to travel well, and we're done pretending the answer is either "rough it" or "resort it."
There's a third way that is capable, comfortable, and still genuinely out there, and that's the only trip we're interested in showing you.
